Polish Sausage, Potato and Egg Skillet

Ingredients
ITEMAMOUNT
Hillshire Farm Polish Sausage #094053 oz
Hash browns (prepared)3 oz
Eggs, whipped & scrambled3 oz
Cheddar cheese, shredded1 oz


Preparation
  1. Grill or roast sausage, then cut on the bias into 2"-3" sections.
  2. Cook hash browns on a griddle according to directions on the package.
  3. Whip eggs and season. Scramble eggs, then place in hot skillet.
  4. Top eggs with generous mound of hash browns, then layer grilled sausage and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place in salamander to lightly brown.
  6. Serve with toast and a 3 oz. side of fruit.
