Banjo Ham Casserole

Ingredients
ITEMAMOUNT
Hillshire Farm® Banjo Ham, 32035, diced 1/2x 1/2"2 cups
butter2 ounces
potatoes sliced1 1/2 pounds
flourflour
chicken stock1/2 cup
heavy cream1/2 cup
shredded smoked cheese1 cup
chopped parsley3 tablespoons
Panko bread crumbs1 cup


Preparation
  1. Into saute pan add butter and parsley and ,melt.
  2. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes then slowly add in stock and mix stirring well and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Place potatoes sliced into baking pan and lay out. Top with ham, then pour warm stock over potatoes.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese and then bread crumbs.
  5. Cook in 350 degree convection about 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Make sure potatoes are tender before pulling dish.
