Preparation


HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVECTION OVEN:

  1. Pre-heat convection oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place thawed cocktail smokies in half steam table pan and heat for approximately 25 minutes.
  3. Heat for approximately 25 minutes to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  4. Internal temperature of 165ºF must be maintained.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - SKILLET:

  1. Place 1 lb. of thawed cocktail smokies in a skillet with a ¼ cup of water.
  2. Heat over medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
  3. Heat to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  4. Internal temperature of 165ºF must be maintained.
