Preparation


THAWING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove frozen croissants from packaging and plastic wrap to enhance crispness.
  2. Thaw uncovered at room temperature: 2 hours or overnight.

HEATING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF convection or conventional oven.
  2. Place frozen whole croissant on ungreased sheet pan.
  3. To crisp crust, heat croissants:
  4. 1.5 - 2 oz. (conventional): 16-17 minutes if frozen; 10-11 minutes if thawed.
  5. 1.5 - 2 oz. (convection): 4-5 minutes if frozen; 2-3 minutes if frozen.
