Preparation


HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

  1. Preheat conventional oven and sheet pan to 400ºF.
  2. Cut four 1" slits in top crust.
  3. Place on flat sheet pan.
  4. Bake 60-70 minutes until crusts are light brown or filling begins to boil.
  5. Cool at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVECTION OVEN:

  1. Preheat convection oven and sheet pan to 350ºF.
  2. Cut four 1" slits in top crust.
  3. Place on flat sheet pan.
  4. Bake 45-55 minutes until crusts are light brown or filling begins to boil.
  5. Cool at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours.
