Preparation


HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven.
  2. Place pies on flat baking sheet. Remove protective parchment.
  3. Bake until crusts are light brown. Outer edges of filling will have a firm set, and some browning is normal. Center filling circle should shake like gelatin. Do not over bake.
    Conventional 400ºF 70 - 75 minutes
    Convection Not Recommended
  4. Cool at room temperature about 20 minutes before serving.
  5. NOTE: Place aluminum foil over pie top the last 15 minutes of baking time to prevent pie top from over-browning.
