Preparation
  1. Pour 1½ ounces chocolate syrup into blender
  2. Add 1 shot espresso into blender
  3. Fill blender with 1½ cups of ice
  4. Add 8 ounces of half and half
  5. Blend until smooth (20 seconds)
  6. Pour into cup and garnish with chocolate shavings
